1. Remote Support & Liability

When we perform malware removal or system optimization remotely, you're granting us temporary access to your machine. We've optimized over 5,000 systems this year without data loss, but we must be clear: the ultimate responsibility for data backups remains with you.

We don't guarantee that every piece of malware can be removed without OS reinstallation. If the infection has compromised system kernels, we'll advise on a fresh start to ensure 100% integrity.
